Economy delivery is free on all orders over 25 GBP. This typically takes 2-5 WORKING DAYS after we have your goods ready for shipping. Should you live in a remote area or off-shore, it usually takes an extra 2-3 days to deliver. Orders leaving the UK could take several weeks and maybe subject to custom charges and delays.

We also offer 1-2 working day delivery charged at £5.95. 1-2 WORKING DAYS is the delivery time AFTER we have your goods ready for shipping and requires a signature on delivery, items may be out of stock but we try our best to only show products in stock on our website. Please note that some larger items may require an additional delivery charge and may not have a next day option available and may take slightly longer for delivery.

Depending on the service, should you not be in when delivery is attempted, the driver will deliver to a neighbour, leave in a safe place or take the parcel to your local depot for collection. A calling card will be left with information on where the delivery is.

In most instances couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays so delivery times will be extended by a day.

All deliveries are bar-coded for proof of delivery (economy is not a fully tracked service but most items will be delivered with Royal Mail). Deliveries usually take place within normal business hours but during busy periods this can be as early as 7am and as late as 9pm.*

Please note that occasionally delivery cut-off will need to be brought forward to ensure service levels are maintained or because of circumstances outside of our control.

The vast majority of items are in stock and available for immediate despatch. We do, however, have a small selection of items that are more specialist or out of stock and due in to us shortly. To give you the chance to secure the product you can place a pre-order and we will then ship immediately upon arrival to us. Delivery on these items to you usually take 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Kinesia Socks has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Kinesia Socks recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer. Refunds of any returned order will be of items, not the services incurred.
